If you are looking for a great little classic pick up for not a lot of money, then you have found it. This 1954 Chevy 3100 Series 5 window pick up truck is a great little truck to restore into a show winner or simply drive it as is and have tons of fun in. The truck is powered by an inline six cylinder engine connected to a three speed transmission on the floor.The paint is not perfect on the truck but is presentable. There are some scratches, dings and cracking to the older re spray. The front and rear bumpers are in good condition overall and only show some minor scratches and dings to them, they have been painted the same color as the truck. The front grill looks great and shows no major imperfections and has also been painted white to match the truck. There is one crack in the passenger side vent window, but all the other windows on the truck are perfect, including the windshield.The interior looks very good overall and is very presentable. The vinyl seat looks great and shows only one tear near the driver's side. The rubber floor mat is in good condition and looks good as well. The headliner in the truck is in great condition and looks original. The dash looks good with no major imperfections to be noted. While the steering wheel does show some pitting in the center, it still looks great for being an original steering wheel. The original wood bed in the truck has been removed and replaced with a steel floor, painted white to match the truck. There are a few areas that show some superficial rust on the bottom side of the truck, but no major rot has been found. Under the hood, the engine compartment has been freshened up and looks good. The truck starts with a push of the button and runs down the road with no problems. The three speed manual transmission mounted on the floor shifts fine with no problems and the clutch feels fine. The truck is still on the original 6 volt system. The P225/75 R15 radial tires have plenty of tread life left on them and are wrapped around wheels with newer hubcaps. The VIN number is 0195192F54X and the current mileage shows 65,141. The truck is being sold on a clean Missouri title. This is a great little 5 window truck that is being sold for not a lot of money. This is the perfect restoration piece of just a fun toy.
