1965 Ford Mustang GT 350 Tribute MotoeXotica is proud to announce our latest addition, a stunning 1965 Ford Mustang GT 350 tribute. Commonly known as Cobras the early GT 350s were the smallest and lightest of the GT 350 Mustang model and are the most desirable. Carol Shelbys legendary GT 350 was achieved by taking a completely stock Ford Mustang and adding a selection of performance parts to make the Mustang a street-legal racer. Starting with the K-Code 289ci V8, Shelby added his trademark Cobra valve covers and a high-rise intake manifold with a new tune to produce 306hp. To complete the package the stock live rear axle was replaced with a stronger axle from the Ford Galaxy, rebuilt rear drum brakes, front disc brakes, and the Shelby and Cobra badging. The 1965 Ford Mustang Shelby GT 350 Clone you see pictured, complete with black Pony interior, silver base paint with blue stripes is very well done clone. This brilliant silver car appears to have recently had a high quality paint job and is in excellent condition with a bright luster and only extremely subtle, minor imperfections. A set of blue Le Mans painted stripes have been added to the hood and rear deck, as well as blue vinyl GT350 stripes along the rocker panels on each side. The hood has been modified to stay in place by means of hood pins which look great. The chrome bumpers appear to have been re-chromed and have only minor imperfections.
