1947 International KB-1 Resto-Mod MotoeXotica is pleased to announce our latest addition; a tastefully modified 1947 International KB-1 truck. That has undergone a nut and bolt transformation complete with photo documentation, notes from the builder, and every recite for all parts and labor spent completing this show truck. The International Harvester Companys K and KB series of trucks are known for their prewar design in the postwar era. The KB series is basically a K series truck with wings surrounding the grille, chrome wrap-around hood trim, chrome hood ornament, and chrome model designation lettering. These trucks were the workhorses of many companies fleets, because of their low cost, simplicity, and most importantly their legendary reliability. This resto-mod KB-1 is in fantastic condition it could be used as a true daily driver. From the paint down to the frame, every detail of this truck has been done with quality in mind. The paint is in show quality condition, with only superficial imperfections. The original numbers matching frame was boxed in front, while the original steel body panels were sand blasted, primed, and painted using two stage paint. This truck was built extremely well, in fact it won the Starbird Class and was featured in Classic Trucks Magazine.
