The body is very solid and sound. The car has been custom painted in a brilliant purple with a custom flame paint job that goes from pearl white to yellow, orange to red and a blue pinstripe separates the flames from the purple body. The paint seriously pops and is sure to turn heads! The chrome is in excellent condition and shines brilliantly. Inside, it appears as if the bucket seats were reupholstered with black vinyl and look great. The black carpet, door panels and headliner also look great. The dashboard is black as well and shows no signs of cracking or fading. The gauges are original with the addition of aftermarket amperage, oil pressure and engine temperature gauges under the dashboard, as well as a Sunpro tachometer next to the shifter. The original Chevrolet AM radio is intact but there is an Alpine AM/FM/CD/Aux headunit as well with speakers mounted behind the seats. The interior shows exceptionally well! Under the hood, the El Camino is powered by a 307 cubic inch V8 with a 4 barrel Edlebrock carburetor. There are also Edlebrock valve covers and an Edlebrock intake. The engine bay is very clean and tidy. Mated to the engine is a 4-speed manual transmission that is shifted through the floor, making this El Camino a blast to drive! It is also equipped with power steering. The car sits upon a set of 17 chrome Crager S/S wheels that look stunning alongside the custom paint job! The wheels are wrapped snug in 235/45ZR17 tires in the front and 275/40ZR17 tires in the rear. This rad El Camino would make an awesome addition to just about any garage and it is a very fun driver!
