Factory Aluminum Hood Only 9,002 MGCs Built from 1967-1969 2,912cc Straight 6 Cylinder Engine Dual SU Carburetors 4-Speed Manual Transmission with Overdrive Front Disc Brakes The MGC was a 2,912cc, Straight 6 version of the MGB sold from 1967 and produced through August of 1969. The car was given the model code ADO52. It was intended as a replacement for the Austin Healey 3000, which would have been ADO51 but in that form never got beyond the design proposal stage. In 1967, Prince Charles took delivery of an MGC GT, which he passed down to Prince William 30 years later. MotoeXotica Classic Cars is pleased to present a rarely seen, final year of production 1969 MG MGC you see pictured. There were only 9,002 MGCs built! They are very scare and increasing in value! This particular MG was rescued after sitting for quite a while untouched. This MGC is being sold as is and as is described. Finished in a beautiful bright blue, the paint is in okay shape and does show some crazing throughout however; the paint does show well. The black convertible top does show well but does show a little bit of age. The chrome shines bright but does show its age as well as some corrosion on some smaller trim pieces. There is some body filler present on the drivers lower rocker panel. The car shows well but it is not a perfect car. Inside, youll see that the interior was finished in a saddle vinyl. The seats are in good condition and show only minor. The carpet and door are also in good condition. The dashboard is finished in black and does show some cracking and splits. The dash houses a set of correct gauges. It should be noted that the speedometer, tachometer and horn are currently inoperable, as well as the running lights. The center console houses a Pyramid AM/FM/Cassette stereo. Under the aluminum hood, youll find the 2,912cc, straight 6 cylinder engine with dual SU carburetors. This engine is capable of producing upwards of 145bhp! Attached to the engine is a 4-speed manual tran
