Noted industrial designer Brooks Stevens has given us a number of interesting cars over the years, none more exciting than his own Excalibur. The first were actually a series of race and ride roadsters that have developed into this magnificent 77 you are looking at today. This rare roadster has a big 454 cubic inch power plant all built on a Corvette chassis with a automatic transmission that shifts as smooth as silk. This car has plenty of power at the tip of your toes. Rides like a Cadillac and has the power and handling of a Corvette, this is truly the best of both worlds luxury and muscle finally meet. The interior is soft tan leather that is in great condition, no rips or tears or signs of major wear. The exterior is a white finish that shines. The paint on this car is in great shape. All of the chrome is in great shape, still has a good sparkle to it and there is plenty of chrome to look at on this one. Under the hood, youll find a massive 454 cubic inch big block Chevy engine (casting number 361959) that is mated to an automatic transmission. This Excalibur has power steering, power brakes, air conditioning (however, the AC is currently inoperable as the belt is missing), chrome wire wheels and good P235/70R15 tires, removable trunk and a soft top.
