The car you see here is a beautifully restored 67 GTO Convertible that is presented in black paint, black convertible top and red vinyl interior. The car is a true 42 Code GTO, as denoted in the VIN and still possesses its original GTO rivets, which are HIGHLY sought after by many muscle car and Pontiac aficionados. This is a nicely optioned car that comes with the desirable 400ci V8, 4-speed manual transmission, bucket seats, full PHS documentation, original parts and much more! The black paint on the car has been professionally sprayed and is near show quality! There are no major signs of imperfection that we are able to find. The paint was applied to an incredibly straight and solid body. The black vinyl power top is also in gorgeous condition. Both front and rear bumpers, as well as the stainless trim, are in beautiful condition with a brilliant shine and luster. Inside, the red vinyl interior is in excellent condition and brightly contrasts the black paint. The bucket seats have all been reupholstered and show no major imperfections. The carpet and door panels all look great as well. The interior is detailed and nicely finished with wood accents and a center console. The dash is finished in red as well, with no signs of fade or cracking. The dash houses a set of original style gauges, an original AM radio and an aftermarket AM/FM/CD stereo but the horn is currently inoperable. Under the hood, the 400 cubic inch V8, complete with an Edlebrock high rise intake, K&N air filter, aluminum radiator, MSD box and Blaster HVC II Coil, runs great and looks just as good. As mentioned previously, the original parts such as exhaust manifolds, camshaft, cam rockers, carburetor, intake manifold, exhaust downpipes, and weather-stripping ARE included with the purchase of the car if you so wish to return the GTO back to factory standards. Connected to the engine is the very desirable 4-speed manual transmission, the car is a blast to drive and is an absolute rocket on the road. The transmission is shifted through a Hurst floor shifter. The car is equipped with power brakes and power steering. The engine compartment is extremely clean and VERY good looking! The GTO sits aggressively upon a set of 15 5-spoke American Racing wheels wrapped in P215/65R15 black letter tires in the front and P255/60R15 black letter tires in the rear.
