This'57 Bel Air has gone through a frame off restoration to bring it to what you see here today. The paint on the car looks very good and is finished in a beautiful and brilliant shade of red. The paint is in excellent condition and show very minimal imperfection. The body is incredibly solid and looks great. The car benefitted from a body off the frame restoration several years ago and was finished to a very high standard. The car has been repainted less than three years ago and is close to show quality! All of the trim looks excellent and appears to have been re-chromed in the recent past and retains a very good shine. The same goes with the front and rear bumpers which show no damage. All of the glass is in good condition as well.Inside, the custom interior looks excellent and is all new. The inside is very roomy with black leather seats, complete with red stitching. The seats appear to be out of a later model car and look great. The rear seats show just as well as the front. The door panels, kick panels, carpet and headliner are all equally as nice with no notable wear to be found. The dashboard is paint matched to the exterior and houses Pro Comp speedometer or tachometer as well as Auto Meter voltage, oil pressure, water temperature, transmission temperature and fuel level gauges. There is also a Chevrolet AM/FM/Cassette stereo. Under the hood, the large V8 sits within a clean and tidy engine bay. We believe the engine is a late model 350 cubic inch LT1, complete with fuel injection. The engine and engine bay have been neatly detailed with lots of chrome. Attached to the engine is an automatic transmission that is shifted through a B&M floor shifter. The car is equipped with power front disc brakes and air conditioning. The car sits upon a set of true 15" Crager Knock Offs that are wrapped with P215/60R15 white letter tires in the front and P245/60R15 white letter tires in the rear.
