This beautiful, drag ready '57 is coated with custom red paint and accompanied with ghost flames so you'll be ready to turn heads whether it be headed out for a Sunday cruise or waiting in staging at the track. The paint is in beautiful condition.Under the hood, the bored, 8 cylinder 358ci engine is complete with cast iron heads and oversized valves for maximum intake and exhaust performance and a 780 Holley Double Pumper carburetor. This Chevy also comes equipped with an electronic switch box functioning as a starter, an aluminum 15 gallon fuel cell with gauge and a Holley Red Electric Fuel Pump, pumping your fuel to the carb efficiently. Moving the Pro Street Chevy power down to the ground is the 350 automatic transmission, complete with shift kit and B&M shifter, 3500 stall and strong Strange Engineering axles all around. This '57 has an aggressive stance on 2" Dropped Heidts Spindles, made from forged steel, making them extremely strong and durable as well as 4-link suspension with coil overs for maximum ride quality. All this Chevy power is transferred to the pavement by means of Weld Wheels wrapped in Mickey Thompson Front Runners on the front and 33.5" Mickey Thompson's on the rear. This '57 Chevy comes equipped with 4 wheel disc brakes, making quick stops efficient. The body of this '57 Pro Street Chevy is all steel, including the hood and trunk lid. The hood also has a large, glass scoop to force cooler, less dense air directly onto the engine which in turn, helps provide optimum performance. Both bumpers are fiberglass. The body still holds onto its original glass and chrome from 1957.
