According to previous accounts, this truck was only used by the previous owner for hunting and fishing trips, and it shows.The 1200 was part of a series of light-duty pickup trucks produced by agricultural specialist International Harvester from the early '30s to early '70s. This truck you see pictured before you has benefitted from an amazing restoration.The exterior is a correct Bahama Blue Iridium that glistens in the afternoon sun. It appears the bed has been removed during the restoration process, and this International truck comes with the rare factory rear bumper. This is a solid-bodied truck with an extremely dry and solid underside. Photos detailing the restoration process are included. This light-duty truck sits on four International Harvester wheels wrapped in Cooper Sam II Radial tires measuring 7.50R16LT. The interior contains a gem with the line sheet attached to the driver's sunvisor. This line sheet is a piece of history as it shows what options this truck left the IH factory in 1965. The interior has had some restoration work as the seats are the correct vinyl/cloth combination and pattern and are a Vapor Grey color. The optional left and right arm rests show some wear but appear to be original. The gauges are all original as well, perfectly combining the retro feel with the modern restoration.Though this was marketed as a light-duty truck, this 1200 has the optional heavy-duty 304-CID International Harvester V8 engine painted in its classic Harvester Orange.
