This 76 Porsche 911s is a desirable black coupe, complete with the whale tail, red leather interior and the iconic Flat 6 engine. The body of the car is in excellent condition as it is very straight. Even the whale tail spoiler is in excellent shape! The body is finished in black paint and it looks great! IN 2001, the body was completely stripped and the car completely repainted which looks absolutely wonderful! There are some minor imperfections such as the typical rock chips on the front clip and there is a small, very faint scratch on the passenger side rear fender just past the wheel. That being said, the car does still show very well! The front and rear bumpers and bumperettes are solid with no damage. Inside, the car is finished in red leather and looks good. The red leather interior was correctly reupholstered recently. The red carpet looks great with no notable wear to be found. This is an original A/C car with the stock vents still in the dash. The original steering wheel has been replaced with a beautiful wood Nardi Torino steering wheel. There is some cracking on the top of the dashboard on the passengers side. The dash houses a set of original VDO gauges and a Blaupunkt MP3 Digital CD player. There has also been upgraded speakers installed in the factory speaker housings and a 250 watt amp installed under the passengers seat. The sound quality is awesome! Under the rear bonnet, the correct, 2.7L Flat 6 runs great and is in very good, original condition. It should be noted that the engine was removed in 2006 so that the engine bay could be cleaned up as well as the oil cooler replaced, alternator replaced and all wiring tidied up. Low profile cooling fans have also been added and are mounted on the AC condenser. Connected to the 5 speed manual transmission, the car is a blast to drive and goes down the road with ease. This car is equipped with four wheel disc brakes. The brakes are all new including rotors, pads and calipers. Did we mention this car is equipped with A/C as well? This is a TRUE drivers Porsche! The 911S sits upon a set of 15 black Fuch wheels with a chrome lip wrapped in P205/60R15 tires that look great.
