Description

Motoexotica is offering another great little Ford Roadster. This 1923 Ford Roadster is a custom build that looks like nothing on the road! With 6,973 miles since completion, the car looks great and has actually been driven unlike most of these T Buckets. This roadster is powered by a 283 Cu In V8 that runs great and sounds great coming out of the dual side pipes. The V8 is fed by four Weber down draft carbs. The paint is older on the car and does have custom pin striping that looks great. The radiator and front headlights are both brass and look great. Very old school and rare to find. There is a removable hardtop for the car that fits with no problems. The suspension is all polished and looks great. The front and rear are both leaf spring set ups but the rear has the addition of coil over shocks to make the ride smoother. The ride is not as harsh as most T Buckets and goes down the road nicely. Inside, the tan cloth bench seat looks great with no wear. The same goes for the carpet and cloth seat backs and surround. All gauges are in good working order and include fuel, oil pressure, volts, temperature, and speedometer. All lights work as well as brake lights. Powering this T Bucket is a 283 Cu In V8 that is fed with 4 Weber down draft carbs. This is connected to an automatic transmission that shifts fine with no problems. The motor is fed with an electric fuel pump that is controlled with a switch under the seat. The motor is very clean and nicely detailed. The car was built about 7 - 10 years ago and has been in a dealer's showroom since 2005, being driven in parades and on nice weekends. The current mileage shows 6,973 miles and the VIN number is CA306758. The car is being sold on a clean Missouri title showing that it is a 1923 Ford.
