The car starts right up with the updated electric start. The car still retains its original style interior which is in very good condition and recently reupholstered. This is one of the nicest driving Model A's that we've had in here in quite some time. The Model A received a significant facelift in 1930. Wider fenders, a deeper radiator shell and the elimination of the cowl stanchion contributed to its fresh look. Options for the year included an external sun-visor, a rear luggage rack, a rear-view mirror and a spare tire lock. This particular car has the Sun Visor and dual rear view mirrors. The paint on this little car is older and showing its age but we have recently had the car buffed out and it looks great. The car appears to have gone through a restoration some time ago and is still in very good condition. The steel fenders are solid with some dings and scratches but overall they look good. All of the glass looks great with no cracks or scratches. All windows go up and down smoothly and still has the original cranks and handles. There are some scratches to the window sills on both back windows.The original style interior looks great. The cloth seats are in very good shape with no rips or tears. There is an aftermarket temperature gauge that has been installed on the steering column that works fine. The painted metal dash, door panels and headliner are all in great shape with no major imperfections. The floor is covered with a vinyl mat which is newer. The light switch is working with no problems and turns on all lights in the front and rear. The horn also works. The inline 4 cylinder motor runs great. This is an electric start car and is on the original 6 volt system but has had an alternator installed under the hood. The brakes work well and the 3 speed manual transmission performs as it should. The wire wheels are in good overall condition with only some aging showing. They are wrapped with 6 ply tires that are in good overall condition with some dry rot and cracking.
