Motoexotica is offering another fantastic Corvair. This 1962 Chevy Corvair Monza 4 speed is a great little car that is incredibly solid. There has been no undercoating applied to the bottom of this car and it is extremely solid, showing all of its original metal. This would make a perfect classic driver to save on gas and get tons of looks in the process!The car has been painted white a number of years ago and is showing its age but overall looks very good. There are a few spots where there are some imperfections. None of these spots are major or larger then a dime. Both front and rear bumpers look good and show no major damage and have a good shine to them. The interior has been finished in a red vinyl with cloth inserts that look great. The upholstery appears to be newer in the car and shows no signs of major wear or tears. The carpet, headliner and door panels are all equally as nice. The painted dash does have some wear to the top where the paint has worn through. Under the rear bonnet, the twin carb, flat six motor runs great. With a turn of the key, the car starts right up with no smoking or hesitation. The original 4 speed manual transmission operates with no problems and the clutch is strong. The underside of the car is very solid with no rot that we have found. There is no undercoating to hide spots of damage underneath. The body panels all line up like they did from the factory and look great. There are no major spots of rust repair that we have seen on the car.
