We have receipts going back until the mid 1980's to support the mileage. In 1987 the car showed only 20,000 miles when it went in for two new tires. The car was repainted in its original color of red in 2001. This is an original Red / Firethorn Leather car with 4 speed manual transmission and 350 Cu In V8. The paint on the car is in very good condition with no major imperfections to be found. The T-Tops have a tight seal around them and don't show any signs of leaking. There is no wind noise coming from them at highway speeds. The fiberglass body is solid with no cracking or blistering that we have found. Glass is in good condition and shows no cracking. Both headlight buckets go up and down with no problems and the lights work. Inside, the white leather seats are in great condition and show no major wear. Carpet and dash are both equally as nice with no staining, cracking or buckling. All gauges work as they should except for the tachometer which shows 2 - 3,000 higher then what it should. Blinkers, radio and wipers all work with no problems. Under the hood, the 350 Cu In V8 runs great and has been updated with an Edelbrock carb and intake. We have the originals that are included with the car if you would like them. The 4 speed manual transmission shifts as it should and the clutch is strong. This is a power steering, power brake and A/C car which does still work and blow cool. The tires are newer and the underside of the car is very solid with no rot that we have seen. The current mileage shows 48,154 and IS believed to be actual by the receipts that we have dating back to the mid 80's.
