Motoexotica is offering another great wagon. This 1968 Buick Sport Wagon Vista Cruiser is a rare vehicle that is rarely seen. This particular car has been updated with a hot rod flair. Under the hood is a 1967 Chevelle 396 / 375 horsepower V8 that has just recently been rebuilt with just the break in miles put on it. With power steering, brakes, windows and air conditioning, this car is ready for any cruise in or car show. These cars are known for the great looking skylights in the rear. A radical redesign of the car in 1968 replaced the previously-used split main skylight with a one-piece skylight over the second-row seat, which carried over to 1969.The paint on the car is in very good overall condition with no major imperfections to be found. The paint on the side and tail gate is an attractive wood faux look that has been cleared over. The grey on the rest of the car has a metallic finish to it which looks great. Both front and rear bumpers are in good condition and show no pitting or damage to either. The front grill does have some cracking and is missing a small piece in the center as you can see in the photos. The interior of the car looks great and shows no major wear to any of the seats or carpet. The trim has been given the same faux wood treatment that the exterior has on the dash, door arm rests and other miscellaneous pieces. The padded dash is new and finished in the same silver vinyl as the seats and door panels. The car has power windows all around that all work with no problems as does the A/C, wipers, lights and horn. Under the hood, the big block is out of a 1967 Chevelle. The 396 / 375 horsepower motor has been updated with a serpentine belt system, Holley 4 barrel carb, aftermarket intake, headers and new air conditioning system. The motor has been completely rebuilt and has less then 100 miles on it. The motor is cooled with a newer aluminum radiator and dual electric fans. The underside of the car is very solid with no rot to be found. Body is solid with no bubbling or rot. The car is said to be originally from Florida and is still on a Florida title.
