This is an original California car that is still on a California title. This is a very nice, original example that runs great and drives down the road with no problems. This is believed to be an all original, 83,000 original mile car. The paint on the car is believed to be the original color of sapphire blue which is older and has some imperfections. The most major imperfection to the body is a scratch on the roof as you can see in the pictures. The car has been repainted in the past. The trim is original for the car and is in good overall condition but is showing some pitting and scratches. The body is very solid with no major spots of filler that we have found. Both front and rear bumpers look good overall with only some pitting and scratches. The interior is in very good condition overall with no major wear to any of the seats. The front and rear bench seats are finished in the original color of blue vinyl and cloth. The carpet looks good with no major staining or tears as well as the headliner. The dash has been carpeted and looks great with no cracking or buckling. All lights, blinkers, wipers, and horn work with no problems but the original AM radio is currently inoperable. All windows are power and work with no problems as well as the power locks and antenna. All of the glass is in great condition. The power window motors have been rebuilt as well as a new headliner and carpet installed.The motor appears to be the original 413 Cu In V8 4 barrel which runs great. It is attached to a push button 3 speed automatic transmission. The motor is all original with no restoration ever being done on it. We currently are unable to open the trunk. We believe the tumbler is bad. This car has recently had new front and rear brake lines installed as well as a new muffler, tail pipe, radiator and thermostat. This is a great driving Imperial 4 door hardtop that is ready for any cruise or car show. These Imperials are getting harder to find especially in this condition.
