If you are looking for a fantastic, SOLID, mostly original Scout you have found it. This 1979 International Harvester Scout II is an original Arizona truck that shows NO rot that we have found! The truck has had a rust inhibitor applied to the inside of the doors and body panels to prevent it from rotting out. The truck is on an actual mileage title showing 61,000 miles but currently the truck is showing 60,793. The truck comes with power steering, power brakes, A/C and FOUR WHEEL DRIVE! The body is extremely solid on this truck. The only bubbling we have found is to the hard top camper shell around the windows. There is also some bubbling around the front windshield. None is major or rotting though. The paint on the truck appears to be original but we are not sure. The strips do show some cracking and the paint is fading a bit in a few areas. It is an older paint job if it is not original. The top can be taken off if desired and there is a full roll cage in the truck to protect it against roll overs.
