Description

MotoeXotica is offering one of the most radical, insane, outrageous street machines ever to hit the streets of the US. You are looking at THE 1956 Morris Minor Woody Traveller STREET MACHINE. This monster started life as just a normal Morris Minor 1000 Traveller until it got into the hands of Mick Sinclair. Mick is a mechanic from Norwich, Norway who is the man behind this beast. The car started out life as a mid green Morris Minor 1000 Woody Traveller, which was mid green and had a 948cc, 34 hp, 50 ft lbs of torque 4 cylinder. What it is now is an estimated 850 horsepower, 9 second quarter mile, 160+ mph beast! Just a MINOR alteration! We have conflicting documentation that tells us that the motor itself is producing anywhere from 400 - 555 horsepower without the nitrous. With the nitrous it adds another 200 - 300 horsepower. The lower numbers came from a magazine article we have in hand that did an article on Mick Sinclair and this car. The higher numbers came from the owner that we purchased the car from. We have not had the car dynoed for exact figures. The motor is fresh with less then 10 miles on the clock. It was professionally built in Colorado and mechanics phone number can be supplied if needed. When this Morris came to the states in 2001 Hot Wheels saw it and made it Collector number 047 in 2001. We have one example of this Hot Wheel car still in the package. This car has been featured in numerous magazines and write-ups all around the world. It has also won numerous awards all around the world including "Best British Hot Rod" when the car debuted in 1997. The only thing to do now is GET OUT AND DRIVE!
