Description

MotoeXotica is offering one of the nicest Cadillac Sixty Specials in the world! This 1941 Cadillac Sixty Special is being sold for a local client of ours who has owned this car for a number of years. This is a complete, numbers matching car that has been restored to its original beauty all the way down to the correct colors. The Sixty Special model was introduced in 1938 and built until 1941. In those three years, 17,000 Sixty Specials were produced and only 4,160 were produced in 1941. This might be one of the nicest around. The Sixty Special has a price tag of $2,195 when it was brand new in '41. This was also the first year that the "Flying Lady" hood ornament was introduced. The interior were correctly reupholstered with gray Bedford cord and wool, just as it was back in 1941. The wood dash looks stunning and the steering wheel shows no cracking or splits. The headliner and carpet are both new and looks perfect. The 346 Cu In V8 is said to be the original for the car and runs great. The three speed manual transmission shifts fine and the clutch feels fine. The owner has added highway gears to the car to make it very roadworthy and drivable on the road. The owner has said that everything on the car is correct and matching down to the original jack and stand in the trunk. Currently the only know problem with the car is the horn in inoperable and the battery is dead from sitting in storage. MotoeXotica has not seen this car and is only going by the description that the owner has given us, but still stand behind our money back guarantee. If you get here and not like the car, we will gladly refund your deposit.
