The story behind this car starts on 5-6-83 when the car was purchased new with 5956 demo miles on the car from Intercontinental Motors in Houston Texas. It was used as a demo car before purchased. Sometime after January of 1984 the radio was stolen out of this car twice in the same month. The owner then parked this car in his Houston warehouse and has not moved it until October of this year. In October of this year the previous owner purchased the car from the widow of the original owner. The car had a few cobwebs, four square tires and a hole where the radio once was. The previous owner then changed the tires, battery, battery cables, flushed the entire brake system and cooling system and charged the A/C with R124 refrigeration. The fuel tank, fuel filter and glow plug we all removed and replaced also. All this work totaled in the thousands and was performed by Crissman's Automotive Repair and Service in Stafford Texas. On the windshield there is an inspection sticker from 1984 that shows the mileage being 20,579. As of right now that mileage shows 20,921.
