The tires and wheels look very good. The car has a MacPherson strut front suspension with an independent rear suspension. Under the hood is Mitsubishis 2.6L SOHC, 12-valve four-cylinder with sequential fuel injection and dual, counter-rotating balance shafts (code G54B). In addition, the engine is turbocharged and intercooled, courtesy of a TD05-12A MHI blower from Mitsubishi Heavy Industries. Backing this engine is a five-speed manual transmission. Driver convenience features include air-conditioning but currently inoperable, cruise control, power steering, tilt steering column, power four-wheel disc brakes with anti-lock in the rear, power windows and power, heated mirrors. The thermostatic air-conditioner measured temperature at the ceiling and the floor, with a photosensor to compensate for sunlight. Inside, the black leather interior is in overall very good order. The five-way adjustable front buckets, with their thigh bolsters, and the rear bench seats are in very good order while the matching carpet is in similar condition. The headliner is also in above average shape, as is the four-spoke steering wheel. The dashboard and inner door panel are also in very good shape. The center console and shifter look good. Ahead of the shifter are aftermarket voltmeter, oil pressure and coolant temperature gauges. Completing the interior is a Kenwood AM/FM stereo with CD player.
