When u pop the trunk you'll find a very clean engine in great condition. It has no signs of rust in the engine compartment and it runs great. It appears to have been rebuilt, although I have no documentation or receipts as such. This little four-speed bug starts up every time with no hesitation or smoking and runs great. Clutch is smooth and brakes as it should. The wheels are stock VW but we do have aftermarket red wheels with low profile tires that lower this bug about 2 to 3 inches. The aftermarket wheels are wrapped with 195/50 R15's for the front and 205/50 R15's for the rear that have good tread life left on them. The original wheels are wrapped with 165 R15 radials with good tread life. This red wheel and tire package is available along with the originals for an additional charge of $295.00.
