This 1966 Ford Camper Special pick up is a GREAT looking truck and has had a total nut and bolt restoration. The mileage shows 36,292 and the truck runs super strong with its police interceptor engine package! This is an original Camper Special truck from California. The previous owner has stated that there was a full frame off restoration done to this truck and that everything was rebuilt. Sorry we do not have any receipts. The paint is newer and in fantastic shape. There are a few minor nicks and scratches but nothing major to be found. The front bumper shows nicely and has no signs of pitting or dings anywhere. The rear bed has a great storage compartment on the passenger side that's not rusted out. This is a great place to store all your tackle! There is no bed liner but the bed is painted in the same great blue color as the rest of this truck. The wheels are in good condition with no major curb rash or dings. They are wrapped with big Daytona radial tires that have a lot of tread life left on them. There is a box of spare parts for this truck including chrome vent shades, original radio, speakers, Chilton Repair and Tune up guide and a spare voltage regulator. On the road, the truck performs flawlessly. It has a ton of grunt and torque that is sure to put a smile on your face. The steering is tight and responsive along with the suspension and brakes. Reserve has been fairly set. I would not hesitate to drive this truck anywhere as it is very roadworthy.
