Do You want a WELL PRESERVED CLASSIC? How about this TIMEPIECE, A RARE 1964 PORSCHE 356C Coupe, VIN# 216848. The engine number on this car is P712082. This is an original California car that came out of Fresno. The car up for auction is a wonderful drive. The exterior of the car has a few very minor dings and scratches the most major one is on the left rear fender. The paint is very good and has had an older respray. The radial tires are newer and have over 75% tread life left. The front and rear bumpers have only minor scratches but nothing major. The car is being sold with mileage exempt because of age but shows 31871 miles on the clock. The engine is the 1600cc single cam and it performs well and does NOT smoke or sputter in the least. The engine compartment is clean, but not in concourse condition. Unfortunately, I do NOT have any receipts on the car. The engine does tend to drip as they do. The body is very solid with no rust anywhere on the body to be found. The frame is solid along with the underbody. The only spot where there is some rust is the pan under the battery where it is rusted out. This is common with these cars and is an easy fix. The wheels have some pitting on the chrome, the worst being on the front two wheels. Wheel covers still look nice.
