| | Are you familiar with the magazine REMINISCE by Reiman Publications? Just thought you would like to know they liked the story of my '51 Chevy and the "romance" that was involved with buying it from you. You perhaps remember I was in a '51 the first time I SAW Shirley "B" (I was 15, she was 14) and then, when the car became my college car, we were in it on our first date in 1956 (I was 17 and she was 16) and still in the '51 a year and a half later when I asked her to marry me. I wanted a '51 to drive her on our 50th anniversary. THAT brought me to EBAY and then to YOU. My Bel Air runs like a dream, drives great and was used for another wedding just a few weeks ago. Just wanted you to know that you have played a great part in creating a LOT of happiness for a couple old romantics. GOD BLESS YOU!
- Peter P. Brouillette - | | | | Hello Dan,
Just wanted to tell you that we recieved that wonderful 1966 Buick Skylark and it was behond our expectations! The Vehicle dealership, Motoexotica, and your own personal word showed us the professionalism and care you put into your dealings with the public - even those of us who are thousands of miles away from you and in a different country.
The Invinsible Transport company delivered the car very promptly and without a scratch. Also wanted you to know that we took it to a mechanic here for the mandatory safety certificate required before we can register it - and it passed without a single thing needed to be done.
Wanted also to thank Debbie for having all the paper work done correctly and sent to the right places. We passed through the U.S. and Canadian customs without incident. Debbie was always pleasant and curtious and took her time to explain things even when I'm sure we were becoming a pain.
The car is bringing us more joy that you can imagine. We thank you again for being such a classy place to deal with. You may put this letter on ebay as I see that they like comments from customers, as I don't know how to go about it - if that doesn't work I will get someone here to show me how.
Sincerely,

It is my dayly ride, and it gets about twenty miles a gallion. Still runs good. It was worth the money. My name is Bill Parker, and I had moved from Hopewell, VA, to Knightdale, N.C.. Anyway, thought I would drop you a line.
- Bill - | | | | Hello Scott,
Sorry for the delay, started new job and real busy (good thing).
Just wanted to thank you for the check you sent. I realize you did not have too as everything was "as is". Buying the car (56 CHEVY HT)online for the first time was scary, and you did answer all questions for me and even sent the paperwork I needed for DMV. While the car I felt was a little misrepresented, at least you made an attempt to help. I would buy from you again, and would also pass you on through word of mouth if someone was looking for these types of cars.
I have done brakes and wheels so far. Car since the tune-up is running very good. Overall, I'm happy.
Thank you again for your concern, and the check toward the things that needed to be addressed. - Sincerely, Phil - | | | | Scott,
Just wanted to let you know that Ray has worked on his car everyday
since we purchased it from you. He's changed all the lights, redid
the air conditioning(which now works great), put in seat belts and is
in the process of looking for louvers for the back window. I also
occasionally see a hose flying in the air! If you know of someone
reasonable that stocks or can get 1969 Mustang parts, please turn us
on to them as good ones are really not that easy to come by.
Just thought I would give you an update....he is still happy as a
lark. Hope you and yours are well.
- Yours, Alice - | | | | Scott,
Don't know if you remember us but we are the couple that bought the
1969 silver Mustang Mach 1. Just wanted to let you know that Ray has
started showing his car and he got best pony in his first show out of
8(not bad, huh!) He was in a show this weekend and out of around 300
cars, he got a plaque for being in the top 65. He has done nothing
cosmetic to the car so I'd say you sold us a goodie. Just wanted to
update you and say "thanks" for making him so happy!- Take care, Alice - | |
