MotoeXotica is offering another fabulous 59. This 1959 Oldsmobile Super 88 four door is in fantastic condition and is only showing 63,000 original miles! We believe this to be an all original car with no major restoration ever done to it. We have a signed odometer statement as well as an actual mileage title to support the mileage. This is a very original car! The previous owner took pains to keep it that way, from original NOS Spark plugs, cap and rotor. The car reeks of originality from outside, interior and engine compartment. We even have the original 1959 owners manual included. The previous Indiana owner drove the car to and from the Oldsmobile Nationals this summer, clocking some 700+ miles without fail. The underbody has been undercoated and shows no signs of rot. There has been new mufflers installed as well. The VIN number is 598K04823 and current mileage shows 63,534. The car is being sold on an actual mileage Indiana title with signed odometer statement. GET OUT AND DRIVE! The car appears to of been resprayed sometime in the past. There are no major imperfections that we have found and the car appears to be very solid. The front and rear bumpers are both in excellent condition with no major pitting or dings to be found. The glass is perfect with no chips or cracks. This is a very solid body with no bubbles or rot. The interior appears all original and in great condition. The only imperfection inside is to the drivers side armrest which is showing some very minor cracking. The front and rear seats are near perfect with no cracking or major wear to be found. The carpets are in great condition with no wear or tears as is the headliner. All the lights, blinkers, wipers and horn work with no problems as well as the original AM radio. The clock is the only thing inoperable inside the car. Even the safety sentinel still works! Under the dash you will find an FM converter in working order. The monster 394 Cu In V8 starts with a turn of the key and runs down the road like a 63,000 mile vehicle should. On the road the car floats down the road with ease. Brakes are fine and there is no pulling to one side or the other. The tires are new BF Goodrich 9.50 – 14 bias ply’s with plenty of tread life left on them. In the trunk there is no rot to be found and the spare and jack are still in tact. Sold For: $15,750 |
