1956 Chevy 210
MotoeXotica is offering another incredible tri-five Chevy. This 1956 Chevy 210 has gone through a complete frame off restoration and has been with the same owner for the past 20 years! This started as a solid, rust free car and was then completely stripped down and taken apart by H. Hash Restoration & Classics in Lebanon Missouri. The interior has been completely refinished in leather and under the hood there is an LT1 which has been computer programmed by Street and Performance. This 56 comes with power steering, power disc brakes and A/C! There has only been 1,200 miles since the restoration!The two tone paint consists of Med. Iris metallic with Portofino Blue Metallic. The color combination looks spectacular and is nearly show quality with only some very minor imperfections to be found. Both bumpers have been rechromed and looks great. All the bright work including the trim, grill, door handles, chrome, light assemblies and front end components are new and look great. All the door seams line up great and they open and close with little effort. The car only shows 2,000 miles since restoration and drives like a new car. It is an absolute blast to drive down the street and has more power then you would ever dream it having. The VIN number is VB56K118515 and the car is being sold on a mileage exempt Missouri title showing the previous owner has had the car since 1986. GET OUT AND DRIVE! Inside is finished in a leather and tweed combination which was very tastefully done and looks great. The bucket seats in the front look great and show no major wear. The same for the bench seat in the rear that retains the same pattern as the front buckets. The carpet is nearly perfect with no major wear. The door panels and roof are both finished in leather with tweed inserts that look great. The dash has been painted to match the body and new Classic Instruments have been installed. All of which look great and works with no problems. All lights, blinkers, wipers and horn work as well as the AM/FM stereo. The car does have A/C and it works with no problems. Under the hood, they have installed a 350 Cu In LT1 that has been completely reprogrammed by Street Performance. They have upped the horsepower considerably from the stock numbers which makes this one fast Chevy! Under the hood is nicely detailed and painted. The V8 is connected to a 460LE automatic transmission that goes back to a 12 bolt rear end with 3:42 gears. The rear end is posi and the axles are from Moser. Other new items on the car consist of new rotors, shoes, brake lines, master cylinder, aluminum radiator, belts, water pump, trans cooler, wiring harness, gas tank, fuel lines, fuel pump, battery and alternator. There are disc brakes in the front but drums in the rear. The underside of the car has been painted black and is very solid. The Magna Flow exhaust system sounds incredible and is surprisingly tame and quiet at lower RPM’s but when you mash the gas, it opens up into a beautiful roar! The trunk has been nicely finished in leather to match the rest of the interior and looks great. The Centerline wheels are newer and wrapped with BF Goodrich Radial T/A’s that are new.
